Montana 30-year fixed mortgage rates remain stable at 6.18%
The current average 30-year fixed mortgage rate in Montana remained stable at 6.18%. Montana mortgage rates today are 25 basis points lower than the national average rate of 6.43%. The Montana mortgage interest rate on October 6, 2022 is down 26 basis points from last week's average Montana rate of 6.44%. Additionally, the current average 15-year fixed mortgage rate in Montana remained stable at 5.36% and the current average 5-year ARM mortgage rate is equal to 5.73%.
